Register for the Meet & Greet

Please complete the form below to register for the upcoming 2022 Women of Excellence and Former Honoree Meet and Greet.  NOTE: We will follow all recommended CDC guidelines and protocols. Honorees are required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccine and/or a Negative Test within 48 hours of the event from a pharmacy or medical facility. At home test are not accepted.
