For more than a decade, Real Times Media has honored outstanding African American women who accomplished excellence and success in their chosen careers.  These women not only achieved career excellence, but they gave unselfishly of their resources and knowledge to help the communities that nurtured and supported them.  In service and in deed, everyday, they work to make our cities a little better.
